I guess I'm not going to get to any chickens this week for Illustration Friday. It's a shame, as I was looking forward to making a chicken picture. An actual literal chicken. They're fascinating creatures.
But in the midst of this week, totally stressing about how I'm going to send TWO kids to college next year, especially one who I don't think is ready for college, I was looking for something happy. A happy image anyway, which is silly, because working on ANY picture, even if the content is grim, makes me happy.

ReplyDeleteKudos! I'll have to agree; happy is good. Happy is much better than stressed, which is not good for the art unless you like stressed, angry sketching. I must watch with great interest to see what results...
